As the founder of Third Quarter Advisers, LLC, Tony DiLeonardi channels more than 25 years of sales and managerial financial services experience to help lead, inspire and guide wealth professionals through the challenges of running a dynamic wealth management practice. Third Quarter Advisers offers strategic best practices, coaching services and solutions for wealth advisers and their clients.

Tony speaks regularly at meetings across North America and strives to equip each audience he addresses with the skills and creative thinking needed for enhancing their overall business and personal life.

In his corporate career, Tony was Vice Chairman at Guggenheim Investments and prior to that, Vice Chairman, Senior Managing Director of Distribution, at Claymore Securities, Inc., an innovative exchange-traded fund (ETF), closed-end fund (CEF) firm that was acquired by Guggenheim Partners. Previous to that, Mr. DiLeonardi served as a Regional Sales Director for First Trust Portfolios and National Sales Manager in Canada, opening a Canadian based organization for First Trust Canada.

Tony is the author of Face to Face: Creating Lifelong & Multi-Generational Clients. He co-authored the book The $14 Trillion Woman: Your Essential Guide to the Female Client.  

He earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Illinois State University. He is also a Registered Corporate Coach.
